English As A Second Language (ESL)

ESL Classes:

  • Classes provide instruction for people who desire to learn or improve their English language proficiency. Students who do not speak English as their first language will learn reading, writing, speaking and listening skills. ESL classes are participatory, interactive and involve the utilization of technology. Classes provide instruction designed to promote the acquisition of the English language.

  • ESL classes encompass a wide range of proficiencies, from Literacy to Advanced. At registration, students take an assessment and are then placed into the appropriate class to fit their level. Students must be registered by our staff.
