Burbank Adult School Transcript Requests
Steps for requesting your transcript from Burbank Adult School.
This is ONLY applicable for those who did their HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA with us.
Please print the form, fill it out, and mail it with a money order check or come to the office and fill out the form in person.
There is a $5 charge for each official transcript requested. Cash or Check is accepted when paying on site.
